She

• Must be a qualified chef
• An appropriate tertiary qualification from a reputable hotel School or relevant

practical experience

• Experience of Management within similar properties
• Business and commercial acumen with strong financial and controls ability
• Strong Marketing & Promotional skills
• Ability to maintain excellent physical standards and service levels
• Leadership and people development skills
• Thorough operational I.R knowledge and practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office, Micros, Material Controls and Opera.
• Highly developed customer orientation
• Candidate must display a high level of emotional intelligence

• Qualified Ranger / Field guide with
• FGASA level 1 or higher
• PDP
• Trails guide
• First Aid level one
