Asst Beverage Manager – JHB – R13 000pm CTC

Large 5 Star resort requires the services of a Asst Beverage Floor Manager with the following minimum requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric/Grade 12

Must be versatility in Guest Liaison and interpersonal skills.

Must have excellent Organisational Skills.

Shift work is an operational requirement.

Computer literacy: MS Office, Micros and Fidelio are a requirement.

Must have 2 to 3 years experience in F&B environment of which at least 1 year is in a supervisory capacity.

Must have a Hotel School Management Diploma.

Candidates that does not meet the min. requirement will not be considered!
